By using the formula;

Calories Burned = MET x weigth (kg) x duration (hour)

*MET = Metabolic Equivalent of Task

This is the intensity of the activity. For running(moderate pace), it is at approximately 8.0.

Apply the formula

Calories Burned = 0.8 x 70 x 1

Calories Burned = 560 kcal

Result

For a 70 kg man running for 1 hour at a moderate pace (8 km/h), the estimated calories burned would be 560 kcal.
