It is a number conversion calculator that is used to convert the values in decimal (base 10) to the binary codes (base 2). It uses a simple formula in performing the conversions. The Decimal number is commonly used by the general public and it is commonly referred to as the base 10 numbering system.

The binary system is only comprised of two base values 0 and 1. The modern machines can use these digits to solve problems related to computing because the two states use the transistor in the digital electronics. 0 and 1 are the primary digits that represent the two states.

If you want to convert the decimal number to binary codes, divide the number by 2 and the binary digits can be retrieved from the remainders.
