Step 01: Determine Base Water Requirement

A general guideline is about 2.7 liters (91 ounces) per day, which adjusts based on weight and activity level.

Step 02: Adjust for Weight

The standard formula often used is 30 milliliters of water per kilogram of body weight.

Water Intake = 55 kg × 30 ml/kg

Water Intake = 1650 ml or 1.65 liters
