GIF to JPG Converter
It is an image conversion tool used to convert GIF file formats into JPG (JPEG) file format. The growth of the internet in the modern era has influenced the use of GIF which is a type of bitmap image. It gives an image the ability to contain 256 distinct colors as it supports up to 8 bits per pixel. All these colors are chosen from the 24-bit RGB color space. It also supports animations and a few examples of the GIF format include a logo or other sharp-edged line art. Unlike the JPG, it uses the lossless data compression technique that has the ability to reduce the file size without zero impact on the image quality.
The JPG has a tendency of losing some of the original image data during compression. They are normally used for emails and websites because of their small compressed sizes. The ‘lossy' file means that the images can never be recovered. Mostly, they are used in digital camera memory cards. The JPG is a great file format as it has the ability to compress files to 1/10 of the original file size which saves on your total bandwidth.
